Table Cards

Begin by entering each guest's name and table assignment on the computer. Play around with fonts, sizes, and spacing until you have a style that complements the rest of the wedding. You will be able to fit several labels on one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. Set up cutting guidelines if you find them helpful. Do a few trial prints and cuts with scrap paper to make sure everything looks just right. When you are ready, choose any of our 8 1/2 x 11 printer-friendly papers, print out your labels, and cut to size. For the two remaining layers, select a cover weight paper and a decorative paper. Cut the papers to size using a paper cutter or a razor knife. A good rule of thumb is to cut the bottom layer so it creates a 1/8" to 1/4" border. Center the top layer and adhere using Xyron or Tacky Tape. To attach the card to the flower, use a razor knife to cut two small horizontal slits where the layers meet and weave the flower stem through the slits. Or, use a 1/8" hole punch and cut ribbon (length can vary) to tie your card to the flower stem
